In October 2022, I wrote an opinion piece for CNN on what efforts will be needed to effectively manage spotted lanternfly in the U.S.

For my September/October 2022 Insect Insights column in The American Gardener magazine, I wrote a story highlighting the spread of spotted lanternfly in the U.S.

In 2022, I wrote and illustrated the children’s book Deep in the Branches, an illustrated version of the oak treehopper story I photographed in 2017.

In 2022, I wrote the children’s book The Fantastic World of Bugs with publisher Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream. The book highlights 18 common backyard insects and spiders.
