My Work

Hi, I’m Danae Wolfe—a conservation educator, storyteller, and insect photographer passionate about helping people reconnect with the wonder of nature. I’ve spent the last 15 years shining a spotlight on the incredible, often-overlooked world of bugs and the vital roles they play in our ecosystems. Through Chasing Bugs, I aim to inspire curiosity, foster deeper connections to the natural world, and empower others to take small, meaningful actions for conservation.

This portfolio showcases the heart of my work: blending creative storytelling with actionable strategies to make conservation accessible and impactful. From backyard habitat creation to community-driven education and innovative marketing campaigns, my projects reflect a commitment to nurturing biodiversity and igniting a sense of awe for the tiny creatures that shape our world.
